When the billing address you enter online when ordering does not match exactly the information your credit card provider has for you, your credit card provider will deny the charge. Please confirm that the billing address you entered and the address your card provider has on file match.

When you try repeatedly to place an order but the order declines, your bank or credit card provider may show the attempted purchase(s) as a “temporary” or “pending” charge(s) on your account, even though payment has been declined. Such entries may affect your credit limit on the account while they are posted, but will be automatically removed within a few business days pursuant to the bank’s / credit card provider’s policy. Unfortunately, there is nothing our company can do to expedite removal of these entries from your account.

Yes. If you give us an email address when ordering, you will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped and providing a USPS website link where you can track your shipment.

In our experience, shipments of Mental Strength may on occasion be lost in transit, delivered to a wrong address, simply picked up by family members when collecting the mail, held by your local Post Office for some unexplained reason, or returned to us because of some difficulty in attempted delivery.

 

If your shipment does not arrive when expected, please first check the USPS tracking report you received by email when your package was shipped. You may find that your package is still on its way to your city or even out for delivery from your local post office. These reports may not update for 24 hours or longer.

 

If the tracking report indicates your shipment was delivered, please check with family members, neighbors and your postal carrier to see if you can locate the package. If it appears that your package has been lost in shipment, please email Support [at] MentalStrength.com, call 866-977-4772.

When purchasing an “auto ship” bottle, you will automatically be billed and shipped another bottle in 30 days (or however many days you choose). You may also select to have your autoship order sent on the same day every month.

If you would like to change your shipment schedule, put your autoship on hold for awhile, or add another bottle(s) to your order, please email Support [at] MentalStrength.com, call 866-977-4772.

If you would like to cancel your autoship at any time, for any reason, you can email us at Support [at] MentalStrength.com, call 866-977-4772. If you have an email address on file, you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.

We are confident you will be very happy with Mental Strength. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, just return the unused portion of our product, or even empty bottles with your name and address within 90 days of your purchase date. No Return Authorization Number required. Upon receipt, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 24 hours of receiving your return (except on weekends). Refunds typically take an additional 3 to 4 business days to show on your card statement.
